From the urban dictionary

Making up Stuff

This is a perfect example of how we just make stuff up these days in language. This is of course a stupid acronym that is evolving into a silly word with it's own pronunciation. It is now in the urban dictionary and was made popular and famous by the girl from www.hotforwords.com.

"Marina Orlova, known to millions of YouTube fans around the world as a sexy master of language, HotForWords, is a 28 year old Internet “sensation”. Hailing from Moscow, Marina has two degrees in philology which is the study of linguistics and origin of words. Back in Russian Marina taught English and World Literature for high-school students. She came to the United States six years ago to improve her English skills and prepare for her PHD, but she ended up staying in the U.S. simply because of the warmer weather."

So whoever made up this little "milk out your nose funny" idiom / acronym (moynf), it is now overshadowed by the YouTube videos by this Marian Orlova and her most unorthodox method of teaching. This is the comment I made at the www.hotforwords.com ( domain ) contest. Because of her I found this word in YouTube. I decided to register the domain because of her Video.

All of us have had the situation where we might be drinking a glass of milk then we start laughing to the point that milk comes out of our nose. This is of course is even more funny when this happens and generally ends up in a big mess of milk and laughing. So thus we can say Milk out your nose funny to describe this.

Someone in some internet chat session to a friend probably made this up to shorten the phrase milk out your nose funny aka (moynf). So now it's famous due to some hot Russian chick aka "Marina Orlova" making a name for herself in YouTube. It has now been reported in a major newspaper (New York Times) and in the annuals of word history she (Marina) will probably be credited with it's origin.

I (John Warnken) just happened to discover this by accident on YouTube and by chance found the domain name free and registered for myself. The motivation was to find a short 5 letter domain name also its a silly made up word and unique. Something I can brand into a company logo or product. I just happen to be into the business of Language tutoring and teaching conversational English as a second language (ESL) around the world, see my website www.languageangels.com. Email john@languageangels.com aka (John Warnken).

My language efforts have gotten me on the Oprah Angel Network for my teaching in Indonesia. I also have a Radio Show on Radio KOTA Batik in Pekalongan Indonesia. In addition belong to the language learning social networking site Italki. In addition there have been newspaper articles in both the US and Indonesia about my teaching efforts. Google my name John Warnken or handle jbwarnken I have many references.

I just could not resist this word (moynf). Now in the business of learning conversational and spoken English we do not need to take ourselves very seriously. We need a good laugh and something to make the process enjoyable. So do not be afraid to speak. Let's have a good conversation and laugh if it's funny. Maybe you will MOYNF and if so I bet you will remember that days lesson.
